I really enjoyed the 3 years I spent in the data engineering team at Core Compete. I joined with 1 year of experience from a Big 3 consulting company, as I wanted to join a more dynamic environment and learn new things. Corecompete was definitely a good choice as it made me push the boundaries. I worked extensively on Spark and AWS. The team is very supportive. The off-shore team leads took great interest in helping me succeed and I am very grateful
Cons
Once the company got acquired by Accenture, the pressures of a large company meant that we have to work on some projects that are not best suited for our growth. I am leaving as I wanted to work for a smaller company.
