      Pros

      In general, a good company with a lot of flexibility and autonomy - especially if you're on a good project. You get to work with a lot of new technologies.

      Cons

      How you feel about the work is highly project dependent. Sometimes there is a feeling of being 'stuck' in the same daily grind.

      Pros

      The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

      Cons

      Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
