great experience at first, lots of trust and responsibility given to new employees.
Cons
management loves to play favourites, and starve you out if they don't like you more than the clones that spend their days kissing up to management . They promise you 'all the hours you can handle' when compensating for the fact they underpay their staff, then pull the rug out from underneath you as soon as you trust them.
