Pros
Managers have low expectations which makes it easy work for those who can tolerate bad culture.
Cons
Poor quality work product, Toxic culture and Zero leadership. Lack of innovation, lack of professionalism, and downtrodden colleagues. The turnover is high so no one knows their job and it results in a new person reinventing the wheel every year or so. This makes it easy for poor managers to stick around, keeping the culture toxic. Profit is the only goal and safety, diversity, employee morale, and quality all suffer.
