I sell into schools, hospitals, municipalities, and corporate accounts, and the safety outcomes are tangible. Customers actually use the AI features, incidents get resolved faster, and the unified platform (cameras, access control, emergency management) is a meaningful step up from what's out there. Coming in from outside physical security, I was able to ramp through self-direction and help from teammates. Pace is very fast and decisions don't get stuck in committee.

Onboarding leans heavy on self-direction. If you need structured coaching out of the gate, you'll have to ask for it. Things move quickly, which is mostly a good thing, but it also means some processes are still being built in real time.
