Thank you for your honest feedback. We are so thrilled to know that you would recommend our part-time transcription jobs and that you enjoyed our unparalleled scheduling flexibility and upbeat management team during your time with us. We want you to know that management in each office has the ability to make exceptions when it comes to the break policy at their discretion and within reason. Because this job doesn't naturally lend itself to social opportunity, each office has tried to get creative with providing more opportunities to get to know your coworkers and do something outside of scribing. If you ever decide to return, I hope you are pleased with the changes you'd find! Thank you again for this feedback and for the hard work you put in during your tenure with us. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors!

Pros

I worked remote like most people at the company so there's advantages to that. You set your own hours more or less and the schedule is really flexible. There were multiple times where I had to and was able to make a schedule change right before I was meant to work, if we weren't that busy. Had kind and personable management. It's easy work as long as you have a good WPM. I stayed as a scribe and never really sought out any opportunities but there are some advancement opportunities and bonuses you could earn. The company gives you equipment and replaces it as needed.

Cons

The first few months I worked there were pretty busy, but work has dwindled down quite a bit even as we go into what used to be busy months. You have to be really good at the job in order to get more hours. Having to use a PC and monitor is kind of inconvenient if you don't have a lot of desk space in your home but it's nice that they provide you with equipment.
