Pros

Dynamic management and leadership throughout the company and truly a culture of teamwork. I work in the General Counsel Office and I am please with the strong leadership and the contribution I am making not only to the Legal Department but also to CopperPoint as we expand into additional states with new products. I also really like the recognition ceremonies for the companies' everyday heroes.

Cons

I can not think of a con except maybe I wish it was closer to my home.

Pros

Remote Environment, duties are easy

Cons

Low pay. The Team Lead does not have much of a personal life so all her energy is spent into micromanaging, backstabbing and sabotaging employees trying to impress the managers. My team messages where I would greet the team were screenshot and sent to managers as some "evidence" of the the time I logged in. Meetings are spent prying into your personal life and doing ice breakers. I was chastised for skipping a meeting where the topic at hand was "Do you like hamburgers or hot dogs?". I kid you not. They use systems that the managers do not know how to interpret the data and have crazy metrics that are influenced by other team members performances. One of the team members quit because the team lead called her "nasty" and my metrics went from meet to not meet because I was expected to fully take on the other person work load that quit. Every team member had an open issue with HR because of the team lead or the manager. If you speak up about anything prepare to be targeted. HR is not going to help you, they are just making sure you don't have anything for a lawsuit when they reach out. Stay away from this department.
