Copper Response
6yThank you for sharing your thoughts. I’m sorry you feel that your voice isn’t being heard. We’ve tried hard to find ways for good ideas to make their way into the decision making process, regardless of where they originate. To take one example, every quarter we open up a “start/stop” wall, where everyone in the company can share their thoughts on what Copper should (and shouldn’t) be doing, operationally and strategically. This feedback is reviewed by the executives and resulting actions are shared with the team as a whole. We do this not just because we feel the team deserves to be kept in the loop (they do), but because good ideas don’t only come from the c-suite, and the best business outcomes are reached when the entire team is contributing and engaged.
