Pros
Lottsa drinking and extra work benefits. Few rules. Old boy club and management that plays favorites. Especially IT mgmt.
Cons
Poor communication, lack of information sharing in IT. If your not a favorite of management, you might as well hang it up. Shutting out employees that don't buy into the managements favorites and party buddies is a norm. You are not helped or set up to win, you are left to fail.
