Lots of opportunities for advancement and different career paths are available at CVI. I've known multiple people who started out as temporary associates reach Supervisor and Manager level positions.
Cons
HR is difficult to deal with. They are arrogant, heavy handed, inconsistent and do not look for proper in put from floor leadership before making decisions. There are often times waste and improvements that can be made that are missed due to negligence or leadership not being open to change.
