Pros
Cooper Parry genuinely treats people like adults, and that’s rarer than it should be. The culture is built on approachability no sharp elbows, no silent competition, no silo mentality.
People are kind, open, and easy to work with, and that makes a huge difference to day‑to‑day life.
The flexibility is real. Wear what you want, work where you want, and within reason when you want. It’s not performative hybrid working, it’s trust. Where else in this industry are you getting that right now?
I know of a lot of firms who are marching people back into offices three days a week, suited and booted, whether it makes sense or not.
CP is one of the few that hasn’t panicked and rolled back the freedoms it gave people.
The offices are nice, spaces you actually want to be in, not just glass boxes with a coffee machines.
The tech is great too, good laptops, good phones, and the tools you need to do your job without friction.
Hard work is recognised, not taken for granted, and if you put the effort in you are seen rather than lost in a hierarchy.
Transparency around decisions taken are honest and grown‑up.
Cons
None, wouldn't want to work anywhere else!
