      Pros

      Good company benefits such as discounts and christmas bonuses and money off of travel, good management spirit with regards to christmas and other holidays

      Cons

      Unorganised management. Staff not doing their jobs to the corect standards are not reprimanded, leaving the supervisors feeling powerless
