Working a lot independently outside in a designated territory as a Field Inspector, company supplied vehicle, meeting with many different people in their homes about their pest issues and explaining how Cook's can help to get rid of their pest issues, opportunities for advancement if desired. I learned a lot about the pest control and termite protection side of service along with sales skills that will carry over to my next job.
Cons
Working in all types of weather and crawling under tight nasty crawlspaces of homes. Not always clear on communicating how you will be compensated for your work performed. Recently restructured their lead contacts hiring hourly paid Sales Specialist selling through internet leads on their website for both their pest control and termite protection services.
