Pros
Every store will be different, depends on owner and fellow employees. My store has great people. It's fun to decorate and be creative. We make cookies, brownies, cupcakes, truffles, etc. Off-season times can be relaxing, great time to catch up.
Cons
Holidays are stressful. Output increases up to 10x. Physically exhausting, must be able to stand up all day. Because we're not busy all the time, understaffing can be an issue.
