You can make a lot of money with Cook Out. Many AWESOME crew members and managers. Cleaner stores than most fast food restaurants. High expectations from their employees.
Cons
Cook Out likes to layoff employees by policy and non policy. Everything is conducted and/or handled by discretion, not by policy only. A lot of crew member complaints for store managers. Long hours. Meant for individuals without families or other responsibilities in their life.
