      None, if you are a highly skilled professional, you're better off working somewhere else.

      Cons

      Extremely bad culture on the engineering side of the operation, and quite honestly, the other departments aren't any better. They are trying to go cheap, and it has backfired. Very incompetent leadership.

      Pros

      A fast paced environment with a remote-first culture that encourages you to learn and grow, even when you are only starting in the industry. Working at Convr allows you to quickly dive into new techs and stacks, so the experience never grows stagnant. You get to have an impact very quickly, which is motivating (at least for me). I have always felt like my contributions are both acknowledged and appreciated. Friendly coworkers, a wide array of benefits such as unlimited PTO, and amazing work-life balance all seal the deal.

      Cons

      The office being in Schaumburg makes it difficult to commute if you live in the city, but this is hardly a problem thanks to the remote work culture.
