Nice Work Place - Digital Marketing Executive Convomax Employee Review

One of the very few digital marketing companies who know what they do. The company culture revolves around honesty, creativity and knowledge. I had previously worked at one of " big digital marketing agencies" and i thought i knew everything about Adwords. One week after working here my ego was busted. I have learnt a lot and continue to do so everyday.

A proper leave policy needs to be in place

The company encourages individual creativity, which is a real breath of fresh air, as compared to the hordes of generic and monotonous digital marketing companies out there. As an employee you are thoroughly educated while working and and encouraged to keep learning, which in turn benefits both the employee and the company. Over here you are taught to think differently to most other generic digital marketing companies and in turn you are able to keep your clients happy and profitable. The management is very supportive. This is most definitely the best place I've worked at.
