Pros
The pay and benefits are good.
Cons
Awful training. I was thrown in to do my job. A sink or swim kinda job. Yesterday was it for me I had my 30 day evaluation withe the supervisor that didn’t train me. She was snapping her fingers at me telling me to hurry up what’s next. The expect you to answer calls for 18 center and do 40 referrals a day. With no proper training. From May 4 to to May 30 I was watching videos. I had hands on training 4 days June 1 was thrown in to answer calls and do referrals. It’s more like processing them. There were things I wasn’t shown . So I would have to ask someone mind up they had a quota of 40 as well. So it was kinda hard to ask but 2 employees helped me as much as they could. The supervisor said yesterday that I should have been faster at 30 days. No ma’am no 30 days it was 17 days. I was so upset yesterday in her evaluation I froze. I’ve never had a supervisor snap there fingers at me and come come on your taking to long. Move move. Mind you this position is also getting authorization from the insurance company for the referral. So answering non stop calls an doing authorizations and having to do 49 referrals answer teams messages for stat referrals was to much. I quit today. Do not work for referrals unless your a robot or have 100 hands . And I had left a job I was at for 3 years to go there. Grass isn’t always greener.
