The software had a lot of potnetial in the AI call analyzation space and a lot of the team members are really great to work with. unfortunately the cons outweigh the pros.

There is a lot of nepotism in this business. As you look at old reviews it is a common theme and unfortunately that persists to this day. The CEOs son is extremely inexperienced and is the definition of failing upward. Despite failing in mutliple jobs, he eventually was promoted to running marketing and that was the beginning of the downfall for the company. Many employees in the US left or were fired over the subsequent months. Sales are essentially non-existant and the CEO will make empty promises to empoyees as a ploy to keep them working. The father/son duo is attempting to sell the company in the background and think they are much smarter than they actually are at running a successful SAAS.
