Pros
I oversee HR for Convetit, which gives me some unique insights that may help give a more comprehensive view of the company.
The company’s diverse team has been growing quickly to meet the demand for the innovative products that they offer. When making new hires and considering promotions, the management team count personal drive and growth among their primary considerations.
In my experience, the team is motivated and hard-working. Encouraging team members to take charge of their role and meet their potential is certainly a part of the Convetit culture. Tom, the CEO, takes a proactive role supporting the group with team building activities and daily “stand-up” meetings where company plans are shared with the entire team and dialogue is encouraged.
Among the best perks for Convetit employees is the group health care plan. It includes medical, dental, and vision insurance and the company covers 80% of premiums to help ensure that its an affordable option for all employees.

Cons
This beginning, fast-growth phase has been a time for the company to learn what works and what doesn’t. This did lead to more resignations and terminations, initially . However, as Convetit evolves and the culture becomes better defined, the management team seems to have a better understanding of what works for the company and the turnover rate continues to decrease - a positive change for the company.
