Pros
Hands down the best place I've ever worked at! I currently work here as part of the Marketing team. Having worked at places where I was overworked and underpaid, CC has been a dream come true. Everyone is courteous and kind and you feel like you're working with friends. Leaves are easily granted and you're never made to feel guilty for taking them. Upper management is humble, approachable and extremely understanding. CC has the kind of company culture one can only dream of. Some pros: Permanently Remote GREAT WORK-LIFE BALANCE Great leadership 1 Menstrual leave every month. AMAZING CULTURE Supportive colleagues. Reliable human resource team. Leaves easily granted. Flexible work hours (no one hounds you to get anything done, nothing is ever on priority like your life depends on it)
Cons
It's so nice working here that the only downside I could think of is you might get too comfortable. If you plan on not staying here, then you might have unrealistic expectations from future employment. It's one of those rare instances where it's too good to be true (but it's TRUE).
