Pros

There were some really great employees with amazing work ethic but the cons outweigh the pros.

Cons

I'd be very cautious of the so called "fast-growing software company" with a fun culture impression that ConvergePoint puts on to attract applicants. I'm posting this review because I see that they are hiring for a new Customer Success role and I want to make sure applicants know what they're in for. First thing first, research the products, they are vastly inferior to competitors, which makes every interaction with customer incredibly painful. Very few customers are actually happy with the products. You're constantly putting out fires and the releases are not including enough of the customer requested features. Second, if you'd like to micromanaged within an inch of your life, then apply. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere. The CEO has no idea how to hire the right people AND trust them to do their jobs. Constant monitoring (and not in a constructive way), unrealistic metrics, and ultimately doesn't trust that you are working if he cannot directly see you. Ask how many employees were let go as soon as COVID started (and used the term "furlough" when it was in fact, it was firing). No sense of vision or planning for the future of the product/company, just chaotic and fumbling getting from point A to B. I can't see this company having any real impact or lasting in the market given this. Lastly, the worst part is the CEO leads by instilling fear instead of guidance and clear strategic vision. Stay away.
