Pros

Nothing in this company as toxic environment.

Cons

• The organisation is operating in an extremely toxic and control-driven environment where micromanagement has replaced leadership. • HariKrishna’s leadership style has created fear, low morale, and a complete lack of ownership within teams. • Experienced and tenured employees are being pushed to the edge, forcing many to look for opportunities outside the organisation. • Most of the strong performers and knowledgeable employees have already exited due to poor culture and leadership failures. • Leadership decisions appear biased and politically influenced rather than performance-driven. • US teams consistently ignore or dismiss major GICC operational concerns, creating frustration and a severe disconnect across regions. • Employee feedback is rarely acknowledged, while pressure and unrealistic expectations continue to increase. • Transparency, trust, and recognition are almost non-existent in the current work culture. • The organisation has become more focused on internal politics and control than employee growth or long-term retention. • Unless senior leadership takes accountability and fixes the culture immediately, the company risks losing whatever quality talent still remains.

Pros

A lot of genuinely hardworking people who keep things going despite constant change and obstacles Remote and hybrid flexibility is a real positive, especially compared to companies pushing full return to office Benefits are solid, but there is definitely room to improve

Cons

Problems get patched instead of fixed. The same issues show up over and over across processes, systems (CRM and ERP), and roles because root causes are ignored Sales has too much control over how things operate. Strong, scalable solutions get blocked if they do not align with how sales wants to structure a deal even when it is not in the company’s best interest. This a a sign of a desperate Sales team. There is an overemphasis on closing deals at any cost, without enough accountability for the full revenue lifecycle. Revenue quality matters, not just getting something in the door Leadership concerns are not new, are constantly talked about on Glassdoor and internally and they are ignored. There is a real need for stronger accountability, clearer direction, and leaders who are willing to make tough decisions. The tough decisions include looking closely at members of C-Suite and their failed impact.
