Pros

Kind people as peers that you get to trauma bond with

Cons

Leadership is a mess, unclear on direction the company is headed (even though they put out BS strategic imperatives, they change their minds every two weeks). Their business strategy to to hire the cheapest people possible on the "front lines" and they expect to turn them over in less than a year. If you choose to work here make sure you have a good therapist on speed dial. I wish I was joking...this was a regular topic discussed at HQ. Upper managements manipulation tactics will have you second-guessing your worth, abilities, and value. It was a regular occurrence to see your co-workers crying at their desks every-other week. Midlevel and upper management look for any opportunity to conceal information, usually to make you work more for less. Another thing to build into your personal budget, other than a good therapist, is a healthy emergency savings...since there are major layoffs every 4th quarter. Leadership is behind on their targets so they layoff a significant number of "team members", just to reopen and fill the same positions in January. You would think that they would furlough or rehire the same folks that they laid off....but no. In general - everyone is replaceable. EVERYONE. and they don't let you forget it.

Pros

Clean and organize facility to work for.

Cons

My experience with this company was disappointing. Management was overly controlling and often came across as bullying rather than supportive. Employees were treated as resources rather than people, with little regar for work-life balance or personal circumstance. Staff were frequently floated to different locations without consideration. The company seemed more focused on maximizing profits than investing in employee well-being, morale, or retention.
