Overall, it’s been a really positive experience working at ConvenientMD. I went through a period where I was struggling professionally, and instead of feeling like that was held against me, I felt supported. My leaders were honest about where I could improve but also took the time to help me work through it and get better. That kind of environment makes it easier to stay motivated and push yourself. The culture also feels very real. Everyone is treated the same, whether you’re entry level or part of the executive team. There aren’t private offices, which might seem like a small thing, but it really reflects how accessible leadership is and how collaborative the environment feels. People are approachable and willing to help.

It would be great to see even more structured learning and development opportunities as the company continues to grow. There’s already a lot you can learn on the job, but expanding formal development programs could make an already strong workplace even better.
