      You could not ask for a better group of Colleagues. Everyone works together to reach the company's goals.

      Cons

      There have been too many changes in the last year and the corporate culture is becoming toxic.

      Pros

      Direct manager and team was fantastic.

      Cons

      No career advancement. Built a team around a product they couldnt figure out how to deliver, outsourced 90% of the work to contractors in India, and disbanded when the VP couldn't launch anything.
