No Cons to report on.

The people ( not counting management) are great and always try their best.

Leadership and HR are really bad and don’t provide the necessary support for employee growth. The company seems more focused on short-term gains, like preparing for another sale, than building a strong foundation for the future. Lack of employee investment is evident in the high turnover rate among the sales team.
