      I have learned new things in VOIP support and troubleshooting.

      very bad management....the technical manager doesn't give you enough training guide and expect you to know everything and solve issues perfectly.

      complex software that has many features and customization to offer. overall great place to work. great engineering and tech staff. Nice clients and customers to sell to and service, good market.

      Cons

      middle management. no transparency. seemingly made up rules in company. extreme micromanagement
