Navigating a changing industry. Broadcast and Cable TV are changing dramatically, and making one's way through those changes requires diplomacy and persuasion in getting employees, industry partners, and customers to adapt and change engrained behaviors.
Some employees and inventory partners in particular are particularly resistant to this change, but the more we collectively view this as an opportunity to grow, not an obstacle to our comfort/status quo, we will enable ourselves to more successfully navigate the changes coming to our industry.
Professionalism could be elevated by a handful of employees. Commenting on religion, politics, or other personal matters too freely can make other colleagues uncomfortable.
No job is perfect, but if you have realistic expectations for work, it's hard to imagine much improvement here.
