Overall it's a good group of people with vast experience in the industry and you can almost always count on somebody to have an an option if you ever need assistance with a project. There is also some good team leadership challenging individuals which help them grow and become better assets.
Cons
The management team needs work and should be comprised of people who actually understand and do the work required at their level, not just hold a fancy title. Tread lightly if you have any concerns and choose to address them as upper management will listen, but may only use a bandaid to fix them temporarily. They are not bad people, just focussed with blinders on.

Culture and management are excellent. Supportive, friendly, growth oriented. Work-life balance is still good even though it's a fast moving startup. Lots of flexibility and room for taking initiative and helping steer product development.
Cons
It's a startup - so things move and change quickly, and processes are still being developed. That can be a pro or a con for different people. Lots of work with off-shore team at the moment, so that can potentially mean early or late meetings.
