Pros

Literally just your colleagues; they're the reason why you keep working aside from your family

Cons

A lot of favoritism. HR do not hold people especially the Managers accountable for their actions. They do not care about your mental health at all and would rather terminate you than hear your side.

Pros

Great pay if you are good with getting bonuses.

Cons

Have very high expectations and expect you to do more than job description. If you are in tech you are still expected to make sales. Hard to get a supervisor when requested by a customer.

The ability to work from home

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
