Pros

Healthy environment depends on your assigned Team Leader. My TL and OM takes care of us agents and very hands on. Usually other TLs don't do that

Cons

Salary too low, no annual raise

Pros

Great pay if you are good with getting bonuses.

Cons

Have very high expectations and expect you to do more than job description. If you are in tech you are still expected to make sales. Hard to get a supervisor when requested by a customer.

The ability to work from home

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
