Pros

The hiring process is fast and straightforward It's an option if you have nothing else going on or no other job offers Can serve as a resume booster if you need customer service experience.

Cons

The behavior of the higher-ups and trainers was unprofessional and highly disorganized. The trainers were some of the rudest, most toxic, judgmental, hypocritical, and conniving people I’ve ever worked with. A girl was bullied out of training because the trainers didn’t like her appearance Once one target leaves they’ll chose another new trainee to bully. It took 2-3 weeks before we even began using the computer system and started the actual training. The first 10-11 days were spent playing games and doing icebreakers for 7-8 hours straight. Trainers are constantly spreading rumors about trainees

Pros

Great pay if you are good with getting bonuses.

Cons

Have very high expectations and expect you to do more than job description. If you are in tech you are still expected to make sales. Hard to get a supervisor when requested by a customer.

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
