It provided great pay and benefits.

Cons

When I was on medical leave from March - May 2022, my supervisor failed to let me know I was fired because my claim through UNUM wasn't filed. The claim was still ongoing and I was never able to get my job back which left my dog and me homeless.

Pros

Great pay if you are good with getting bonuses.

Cons

Have very high expectations and expect you to do more than job description. If you are in tech you are still expected to make sales. Hard to get a supervisor when requested by a customer.

The ability to work from home

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
