Bad supervision skills constant verbal abuse by customers supervisor not wanting to get involved even when customer asks for supervisor poor training Your whole day is occupied and mandatory OT every day with last minute notices

Pros

Great pay if you are good with getting bonuses.

Cons

Have very high expectations and expect you to do more than job description. If you are in tech you are still expected to make sales. Hard to get a supervisor when requested by a customer.

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
