Pros

Pay is okay but once you find out how stressful it is most people either quit or terminated quickly

Cons

No learning curve, expected to perform duties right out of training, continually monitored and ridiculed and unsanitary and hostile work environment. I previously worked for this company in 2011. Was a terrible experience back then. Thought management changed but found no difference. If you push back on continual criticism (claim it's coaching) you will be subjected to scrutiny for the slightest infraction. You will be expected to maintain a 90% satisfaction survey based on the company's Promise to Deliver guidelines. Problem is if you get a customer that believes the wireless provider ripped them off because of promotional discount he or she did not receive no matter what you say, you will get a negative survey and brow beat my management. Also to only make things worse many customers are put on hold when contacting customer service and have to wait 30 to 40 minutes and you have a rigged survey system in which you must get a rating of 9 or 10 and if you get anything under a 9 rating that is considered as a failed survey. Not only do you have to deal with many many upset and angry customers but you also get continual criticism from management for the slightest infraction. Thereby resulting in a hostile work environment.
