Pros

Employee Incentives. Great pay. They have a great coaching flow.

Cons

Your schedule, supervisor a team change routinely. Theres not very much consistency. You will get different answers from each supervisor, or above, for almost every question you could ask. When promoted to a higher position you may very well get demoted after few weeks, or months, because of high turn over rates.

Pros

Great pay if you are good with getting bonuses.

Cons

Have very high expectations and expect you to do more than job description. If you are in tech you are still expected to make sales. Hard to get a supervisor when requested by a customer.

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
