      Pros

      Good place to start of your career, some of the devs in the company are seasoned veterans and can teach you lots. Full remote. You dont get micromanaged and can hit the ground running day 1

      Cons

      You work on 1 project so depending on your ability your learning will stop. Communication and reliability from management is not the best. Pay left a lot to be desired and it felt like it wasnt going anywhere
