Pros
If someone values job security, decent compensation (although definitely not market leaders in compensation), retirement benefits and interesting projects then Continental is the one. Good career opportunities to enter project management, business trips, international teams.
Cons
No stock rewards, salary growth conservative. In higher management higher responsibilities but not great compensation. But this has got to do with the automotive industry in general, market is highly price competitive and hence Supplier companies can’t keep increasing employee costs every year.
