Pros
At the corporate level, this company truly embodies what a large successful company in this era should be. They embrace change and strive to evolve. Great benefits, work incentives, combined with an aggressive growth strategy.
Cons
At the plant level, some key employees (CG12 and up) are new to their role in the newer locations. They are genuinely good and intelligent people, but have limited or no experience coming into key roles. When everyone is new and coming from many different locations, it makes for a diverse yet extremely challenging environment where everyone seems to know the "best way" of running a process. This issue is best addressed during the planning phase, not by the new plant management once established.
