Company vehicle. Free coffee at branch.
Cons
For sales people, salary is not competitive, and commission structure is atrocious and not in line or even close with other businesses/industry. Health insurance and "wellness plan" of the company are laughable. Salespeople paid low flat rate commission on only new customers for one year, and nothing for all the existing customers you visit. The last sad thing I'll say is one of the company motto's is taking care of its people.....sadly they don't and will do almost anything to keep an extra buck at corporate.
