      Toxic work environment with consistently poor communication and a lack of transparency from leadership. There is no path for growth or advancement, and feedback is largely reactive, unhelpful, and often demoralizing. Expectations change constantly without direction or support, contributing to extremely low morale

      remote work, most people I worked with were nice

      Cons

      working on documenting with their internal product was a nightmare because the product had too many bugs to use, yet they insisted.

      Work-life balance, Flexibility, 401K match, wonderful clients, amazing team members

      Cons

      Leadership was toxic would not recommend there is also limited mobility for moving up.
