Pros
Great benefit, gross salaris was including all emoluments in the area of €102k annually. Customers were very happy with the tool and upsell could be done easy. However, lots of competitors in the industry and competitive differentiators were hard to define sometimes. All in all, great financial benefits.
Cons
Culture was one of the worst I’ve ever worked in. Leadership for our region was great but on emea and global scale, the company was managed by leadership that did not fit an enterprise selling approach (this is based on my experience). Now since I left, it seems the company shifted to a transaction business and reducing resources in many regions. From an shareholder value (short term) perspective I understand the focus but from a long term perspective I don’t understand why this strategy has been chosen. The best people (performance & skill) left the company
