      Very bad salaries. I started with 700 euro and after 2 years I reached 1000. 55-65 accounts to handle No remote work You do everything except Account Management. Prepare yourself to be an accountant, a lawyer, a preach and a psychologist!

      Strong product potential and a capable team that can pull together under pressure based only on self motivation Exposure to fast-paced work and problem-solving in challenging situations

      Workplace culture is totally restrictive, with limited openness to differing opinions Compensation never match the level of effort and responsibility demanded Recognition for hard work is minimal and not transparent Underinvestment in staffing and long-term strategic direction
