Pros
The pro is you get your foot in the door for call center experience. And the learn who not work for.
Cons
This company does not follow policy. The supervisors change the policy to how they see fit to keep you in the lowest position. No growth. There is no clear communication within the company either. My mental health was bad by the time i was terminated, i had to go to counseling. Once you are let go, mangement also threatens other co workers to not talk to you out of work or they will loose their job as well.
