      Pros

      good working environment, the employees are professional and communications is generally fine. Very nice offices in central Tirana, good facilities and services. Management people are accommodating and supportive.

      Cons

      The company is in a transient period as a new minority shareholder has joined and some things are not perfectly shaped.

      Nice salary per hour, very competitive

      They will squezze you like a lemon, they will ask more and more as add more and more tasks to do in a call, your salary wont change
