Dysfunctional company and people - Anonymous employee Constellium Employee Review

No interest in developing people. Have had zero training in more than two years. Some very bad behaviour (public shouting and bad language) by staff including Director level which is not addressed. Very high staff attrition either because people quit or are pushed out. Terrible communication and engagement of people which is not acceptable in a small company. Expected to work weekends with no compensation (like time off in lieu)
