Pros
Overall, a good place to work! Coworkers and leadership are personable, enjoyable to speak & work with. Management values work/life balance, encouraging teams to take PTO and cross-training so you won't feel obligated to check your email when out. Benefits are pretty good; 401k plan is awesome with an immediate vesting of what they match. Flexible hybrid and only requiring folks come in 1-2 days/week; some jobs fully remote if possible.
Cons
Pay is in line with market averages; but no annual bonus below a certain role level is a bit disappointing. All companies have issues or challenges; Constellis does have improvements it can make with its processes but overall things are smooth running here!
