Really bright team members. Good level of autonomy, experience of contributing to the growth of a high-tech company, really cool technology and sector. Very driven to have impact.
Cons
A lot to do! Little time to do it! High levels of organisation, structure and motivation required to work in start up environment, but the rewards are really big.
