2yAs Chief People Officer, I'm discouraged to hear that your manager missed the mark. Our goal is to create a work environment that is supportive and empowering for all team members, and one way we do that is by providing our supervisors with a wealth of resources and trainings so they can support their people well. We would encourage current employees with similar issues to utilize our open-door policy to speak with any member of HR to share their concerns, or submit an anonymous report on AllVoices if you are more comfortable with that mode of communication.
